Last year we set out to collect 4000 hygiene products to donate to community centers, schools and food banks, and thanks to all your support we smashed that target!
We were able to collect 5000 products which helped our community throughout the Christmas period, and into the latter half of the year.
So this year we are back again, launching PRACTICAL PRESENTS FESTIVE DRIVE for 2025.
What is Hygiene Poverty?
It can be shocking to learn that many young adults, children and vulnerable people are unable to afford basic hygiene products.
This type of poverty can cause embarrassment, and means they don't reach out for support. It can also affect physical health, mental health, confidence and lead to social isolation or bullying.
We're not hiding from this issue, and just like our emergency medical transport work, we are committed to making a difference and tackling this head-on.
